NBMCA 2025 Canoe Race - June 14th, 2025

Sorry for the duplicate notice - I received a number of "bounced" e-mails from those with
hotmail and gmail accounts. I think I have fixed the issue.

We have been asked to participate in this years' Canoe Race.
We require at least 4 volunteer operators.
Checkpoint #1 - Portage Pin du Musique (accessible by road) 08:00 to 10:30 (approx time on site)
Checkpoint #2 - Pimisi Bay (Water access) Chris VA3CMX usually canoes to this one (cross band repeat to the finish)
Checkpoint #3 - Samuel de Champlain Park - Portage Campion (family canoe start @ 12:00 - requires attendance to 18:00)
Start/Finish @ Mattawa Island Conservation Area - All Day (Paul VA3PC in attendance - helpers also nice to have)

So two are spoken for, please let me know if you are interested in any of the other spots.
We get a nice donation from the NBMCA (which helps out paying our insurance premium,
so if you can assist let me know.
