Called to order at 1937ET

Correspondance: RAC Insurance is due.

Events: Hospital Walk/Run. Went well. 22 for the 6K. ROTG Went well. Approximately 150 participants. Food was good.

Repeaters: Appear to be working well.

HF Net: 3768kHz 0900ET Sunday mornings. 6-8 check-ins.

Correspondance: Thank you from North Bay Mattawa Conservation donation of $250.00. Thank you note from Marlene Little. Couple of notes re club membership and ham license.

We had our backup battery burst at the VE3ERX repeater site sometime over the weekend. I attended and cleaned up most of the acid spill today, and will have to attend tomorrow to clean further. So far I've used a 2kg box of baking soda to neutralize the acid. Somehow the repeater went off the air, and Bob VE3MF said the output power was fluctuating, so it might just be a bad cable. I will have to further troubleshoot tomorrow when I attend. I will have to spend some club money on a new backup battery.

It was Keeling's wish that the club would provide an "Honour Guard" at his service Monday.
I spoke with the coordinator of the AOTS men's club, and they will be wearing their embroidered golf shirts.
I'm not too sure that callsign ball caps or radio vests are appropriate attire, so for those who wish to attend, please
let me know and I will print out a name tag with the club logo and your name and callsign.
We will be seated near the front of the congregation as a group to pay our respects.

Old Business: Field Day. Only 3 replies. Not enough interest to run this year. Repeater shack did get painted. Pictures were shown. Kelly gave a talk with a video on the HAB launch.
