Field Day is approaching and we hope you’ll participate! Our goal is to have a successful (and fun) 24-hour exercise that tests our ability to operate under ‘adverse’ conditions. We will meet Saturday morning, June 28 at 9:30 at the top of the ski hill, 15 Janey Avenue, for a briefing before we begin setting up. The actual field day exercise begins at 2 p.m. Saturday and runs until 2 p.m. Sunday. Admission : $7:00 per person, with an “express lane” for those with exact change. Commencing at 0730 a covered indoor area opens for the general public, with free coffee and tea. Muffins, donuts are available for purchase! Doors open to the sales area for the general public at 0900.

Electronic Waste Disposal: At our event the Maple Lions Club will be collecting electronic waste for recycling. Acceptable items are computers, laptops, computer accessories, printers & scanners, phones & fax machines, monitors and televisions, cell phones & digital cameras, security surveillance equipment, game systems & controllers, radios, hard drives, cables/wiring, small appliances, batteries, external storage media devices corded and cordless power tools, commercial & industrial electronic equipment, server racks, cages, rails
