 Hi Folks

Please bear with me, this is a very busy week for me, both at work and with my fund raising / volunteer efforts.

I do believe as in past years lunch will be provide, BUT, be prepared.... In past years lunch has been late, or has not arrive at a check points due to any number of logistical problems.
Bring snacks and drinks... Be prepared for the weather, fly dope, sun screen, chairs, hat, shelter..... Radios, antennas, batteries and anything else you may need to communicate.
I will try to have at least 2 NBARC volunteers at each check point. So far if everyone shows up this will be no problem. A few more people would be great.

The plan is to be at Natures Harmony by 07:45 hrs... we can meet at Timmy's (Seymour & bypass) at 06:30 if you want.

Race Check in will open at approximately 7:45 am.
start of each race category (8:45 for the 110 km course, 9:45 for the 62 km course and 10:45 for the 30 km course).

I will need rides for Lori VE3LOR and for Keegan Smith (Ken's Son)

Questions:

I was not at last years race. I did test the Nature's Harmony site with VA3PC last year and we could reach the repeater with no problems.
How did things work on race day? Did we use the repeater or was it simplex communications?
Should we make any changes?
Can we do things better?

I will not have time this year to do any site visits.
What check points was everyone at last year?
Where would you like to be this year?

I will have my truck and will be able to get into most areas.... any volunteers for the remote check points #2, #3?

Any other questions? Now is the time to ask them......

Comments?

The weather forecast is for 28-30 oC and sunny... so far 8-)
