In attendance were; VE3MF, VE3MAA, VA3PC, VE3LOR, VE3YO, VE3TGI, VE3GMG, VE3XKB, VA3BDR,  VE3MAF, VE3YUI, VA3CMX,

Called to order at 1930ET.

Minutes: nil changes

Correspondence: VE3ICL equipment all gone. Cheque from Kiwanis for the triathlon and from Mattawa Conservation area for Mattawa Canoe Race.

Treasurer: $4186.73 in bank.

New Hams: nil

Nets: 80M still running. Generally 8-10 check-ins.

Repeaters: Both working well.

Echolink/IRLP: Appear to be working well.

Website: Still working well.

ARES: nil

Hamfest: No Northern Area Hamfest this year. York Hamfest October 31, 2015.

Contest Club: nil

RAC: Covered in bulletins. Check the website.

Old business: Old trailer gone.
Drew and Bill gave a talk and show and tell on the Mattawa Canoe Race. Discussion on a 'Grab & Go' setup. Drew and Bill to investigate GRAB & GO setup and report back.
Bruce gave an update on the Trillium Grants. The new premise is that you can identify and prove you have a fixed service group (teams, spectators etc). 

New Business: nil

Events: Run of the Grid September 19th, 2015. Hospital Run in October tbd. 

Membership: Dues are due now. RAC members are $20.00 and non members are $30.00.
