In attendance were; VA3PC, VE3YO, VA3BDR, VE3TGI, VE3MAA, VE3MAF, VE3XKB, VA3WAC, VE3LQV, VE3YUI, VA3CMX, VA3SPT, VA3JGH.

Called to order at 1930ET.

Secretary: Minutes are published on web site. VE3NBC - North Bay Amateur Radio Club Inc.

Correspondence: One note from a prospective ham. CANWARN May 28th 2015.

Treasurer: Nothing new.

New Hams/members: Nil

2 mtr net: Nil

80 mtr net: Still running well.

Repeaters: Paul has accurate RTC's (real time clock). All repeaters will be accurate as soon as he gets a minute to install them.

Echolink/IRLP: There was a short outage due to a power failure at Paul's place.

Web site: Everything appears to be working. Kevin is just tweaking the NORL page. Northern Ontario Repeater Listings.

ARES: Attended CEMPC meeting. Trailer, OTF not currently accepting applications. Possibly look at used trailer or revamp our current trailer. Bring our trailer to the May meeting and discuss reworking.

Hamfests: Durham April 18th 2015. Simcoe Regional May 2nd 2015, Dayton Hamvention May 15th - 17th 2105.

Contest Club: Nothing new. Ontario QSO Party, April 18th , 19th .

RAC News: Paul gave a report. Check the NBARC web site VE3NBC - North Bay Amateur Radio Club Inc.

Old Business: LOTR probably nothing this year. Nothing new for any of the events we normally participate in yet. Patrick 4 Life May 31st, 2015.

New Business: Field Day June 27th and 28th . Anyone interested. Paul will be putting an expression of interest on the website. Open until the end of April.

Due to a number of our members attending the Dayton Hamvention our May meeting will be moved to May 6th ,2015.
