In attendance were: VA3PC, VE3GMG, VA3CMX, VE3XKB, VE3KAN, VE3MAA, VE3MAF, VE3LOR, VE3YO, VA3SPT, VE3YUI
 
Called to order by Bill at 1945ET.
 
Treasurer: nil
 
Correspondence: Received a cheque from Kiwanis and Mattawa Canoe Race.
 
Repeaters: Paul gave a report on the loss of the IRLP/Echolink and I-gate. All working well now. Has a power supply for VE3NFM-15. Will repair when able. 
 
Nets: 80M All going well.
 
ARES: CEMPC Meeting in October. Trailer back at my place.
 
Contest Club: One of the towers collapsed in a wind storm. Has been taken down.
 
Events: Triathlon. All went well.
Mattawa Canoe Race. Weather was good and all went well.
Lost in The Rocks and Trees. Good weather. No problems.
Field Day. Went well. Be good to have more bodies next year. It is lotsa fun and the food is great.
Northern Ontario Hamfest September 14th Garson. My van has a couple of spare seats.
Run off the Grid September 21st in Mattawa. Could use a few more volunteers. If you are coming bring a mess kit. The food is great.
Hospital Walk/Run October 20th.
York Regional Hamfest November 2nd. My van will be going. More later on free seats.
Christmas Party. We are looking for a new dining spot. Any and all suggestions are welcome. We do need enough time to look into them so please don't wait too long. The cost will depend upon the location. 
 
Old Business: Vests. Bill brought vests. Bill will bring lettering to next meeting. He can get more vests if required. $15.00 per vest plus the cost of lettering. 
 
New Business: Paul gave a RAC Report. Rac wants insurance paid by October 31st. Otherwise there is a $100.00 surcharge. Paul moved Our membership year run from September 1st until August 31st. and for 2014 RAC members membership is $10.00 and non RAC members membership is $20.00 Seconded by Lori. Carried.
RAC SET: October 5th. Looking to participate. Await updates.
Trailer ownership will be updated.

Paul gave a demonstration of digital modes. He is planning on having his portable set-up working at Field Day next year.
