1. Proposed Revisions to Frequency Allocations

Canada Gazette notice SMSE-004-13 proposes revisions to Canadian
Amateur Frequency allocations, following WRC-12. Included is the new
International Amateur MF band between 472 and 479 KHz (600 metres).

1. New RAC Corporate Secretary

I want to welcome Alvin Masse, VE3CWP, as RAC's new Corporate

The Ottawa Amateur Radio Club will hold its 17th annual Hamfest on
Saturday, September 7, at the Carp Agricultural Fairgrounds, 3832
