NATIONAL NEWS

1. NARED database update

RAC is developing a new database for ARES/EmComm personnel. We are
requesting that Section Managers ask their Emergency Co-ordinators to
provide a list of their ARES members. The only information required
is a name and call sign. In response to concerns, this information
will be kept confidential and will not be placed in a database.

Also, we ask each group to estimate how much growth they anticipate
each year. Please send responses by email to racnared (at)
gmail.com by November 15. Questions can be sent to that address.
