Washrooms are in the Conservation/Ski Club Bldg.
Parking is in the school/ski club lot in front of the school and next to the Conservation/Ski Club.

We can use the wood chip area beside and behind the building for shelters and tables to be set up, with the dipoles stretched beyond that to the south in the open spot using the trees on either side to support. This keeps us at the top of the hill to the north of the ski lift area. Paul’s 5th wheel can be parked at the side of the parking lot where the lane is extra wide, with his door side facing east to the building. There is also a semi roof and 2 chained picnic tables at the south side of the main building if further wind or rain shelter is needed.

This semi public location was chosen so we can also invite the press, Fire Chief, or whomever else we wish.

Signs are being created by Bruce to advise the public as to what we are doing.

The rules are located at
http://www.arrl.org/general-rules-for-arrl-contests-below-30-mhz
for you to check at your leisure.

Keep checking the club webpage http://www.ve3nbc.ca/content/welcome to see news updates and be certain to mark your attendance on the FIELD DAY Event page, plus see who the other attendees are for the event.

Please e-mail me with suggestions for the plan. I am new to this game. Detailed updates will be discussed at the June meeting.

Thanks,
Doug
