(Bruce will have the coffee pot started, so no coffee)

LOUNGE/BBQ AREA - (BILL’S VE3TGI mainly)
All purchased items will be reimbursed to you by the club.
Bill will be the quartermaster, so advise him of any last minute wishes prior to the day so he can do the shopping that week. ve3tgi@gmail.com

If you buy anything, keep all bills and give them to Bill so we can keep the books and reimburse you from club funds.

REMINDERS
Bring your own bag chair, individual water bottles, sun screen, bug repellent, flashlights, jacket, NBARC hat, NBARC name tag, any medications, snacks you wish.
