VE3ERX Troubles (Resolved - I hope)

Well, It wasn't the exciter board. I went to the VE3NFM site and swapped exciters, and it transmitted perfectly. I then went back to the ERX site and checked voltages now that I had a functioning voltmeter (don't try and use a digital meter with a dead battery). There was no keying voltage to the exciter. That comes from the station control module in the MSR2000. I swapped it with one of my spare cards, and the repeater came back to life. I did some maintenance on it, and returned it to service. If it goes down again please let me know.
